I have spent the last 25 years dedicating myself to advocating for clients involved in the criminal justice system. My years of experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney for the County of Orange has provided me with in depth insight and understanding of how to effectively represent a wide variety of clients facing various consequences. I have an outstanding reputation amongst judges and prosecutors alike, which affords me the ability to negotiate alternative sentences other than incarceration.

I specialize in criminal law, and also handle family law related matters, which allows me to fully devote myself to my clients and more effectively represent them, Alternative sentencing is my focus and through the many available programs today, they give the client the opportunity to receive treatment instead of going to jail.
